Prep Docs is a private workspace for the papers you would take to official services. You upload them into a sealed session, confirm what each file is, then run an informational check. It orients you to published documentary rules. It is not a law firm, not the government, and not legal advice.

Guide · Step one

Upload into a sealed session

Your files enter a private session in secure cloud infrastructure. Processing runs on demand for that session only. Personal records are not used to train models and are not sent to third parties for training. You choose how long the session keeps them — 48 hours or 7 days — then they are deleted.

Classify each file — you stay in control

After upload, the assistant suggests a document type: passport, residence permit, proof of address, and so on. You review every suggestion and confirm or correct it before the next step. The check that follows uses the types you approved — not guesses you never saw.

A metadata check, with pointers to published law

Automated agents read what is on the page — names, dates, numbers, expiry — and compare those extracted facts with published documentary requirements. Where a public legal or administrative text is relevant, we show a short orientation to that source so you can read it yourself.

A ruling on eligibility, or a prediction of approval
An official AIMA or government service
A complete or guaranteed reading of the law — outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate
