Upload into a sealed session

Your files enter a private session in secure cloud infrastructure. Processing runs on demand for that session only. Personal records are not used to train models and are not sent to third parties for training. You choose how long the session keeps them — 48 hours or 7 days — then they are deleted.

  • Admitted only after you consent
  • Held for the retention period you pick
  • Deleted at the end of that period, or sooner if you finish and download the summary

Classify each file — you stay in control

After upload, the assistant suggests a document type: passport, residence permit, proof of address, and so on. You review every suggestion and confirm or correct it before the next step. The check that follows uses the types you approved — not guesses you never saw.

  • A suggestion is not a decision until you confirm
  • A wrong label produces a wrong checklist
  • You can still fix a type before the informational check runs

A metadata check, with pointers to published law

Automated agents read what is on the page — names, dates, numbers, expiry — and compare those extracted facts with published documentary requirements. Where a public legal or administrative text is relevant, we show a short orientation to that source so you can read it yourself.

This step is

  • Document preparation: gaps, mismatches, and missing pages, in plain language
  • Informational orientation to publicly available legal and administrative texts
  • A readiness view you can take to official channels or to a qualified lawyer

  • Legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for a lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados)
  • A ruling on eligibility, or a prediction of approval
  • An official AIMA or government service
  • A complete or guaranteed reading of the law — outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate
